The firm aims to provide legal representation in complex and high-value commercial disputes before various courts and tribunals in India with specialised focus on in-house advocacy. The firm also has an associate office in Mumbai from where transactional and corporate advisory will handled.

Both Batra and Choudhary have experience in handling domestic as well as international commercial arbitrations. Before their time at SAM, Batra was with Economic Laws Practice’s tax litigation group while Choudhary was a law clerk and research assistant with (Retd.) Chief Justice of India RM Lodha.
