Former Nishith Desai Associates lawyers Karan Kalra and Dipanshu Singhal have launched a boutique firm called Bombay Law Chambers (BLC) in Mumbai.

The firm will specialise in three core areas -  transactions, corporate advisory and as an external general counsel to investments funds and businesses.

BLC currently has six lawyers including two partners and an of counsel, who based in Bangalore.
