India’s J Sagar Associates has hired corporate expert Rajeev Reddy as a partner in the firm’s Hyderabad office from Tatva Legal, where he worked for over a decade.

Reddy advises on cross-border investments, private equity, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring,.

Prior to joining Tatva Legal, Reddy worked at Dua Associates.

Reddy’s appointment comes weeks after JSA hired another corporate lawyer, Shafaq Uraizee Sapre, as a retained partner in Mumbai from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.
