India’s Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has bolstered its real estate practice in Mumbai with the hire of partner Bhoumick Vaidya and his five-member team from Kanga & Co.

Vaidya focuses on title diligence, private equity investment, foreign investment, general corporate and commercial matters.

After starting his career at Wadia Ghandy & Co., Vaidya had a brief stint at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co. He joined Kanga in 2011.
