Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has hired Pranav Mago, a former South Asia head of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), as a director. Mago will join CAM’s Singapore office in early 2023.

CAM established its Singapore office in December last year after hiring Vivek Kathpalia from Nishith Desai Associates as the office’s managing director and CEO. The office has one other director, Dipti Bedi.

Prior joining SIAC in 2015, Mago was at Clifford Chance in Singapore, where he worked on SIAC, ICC, LCIA and ICSID arbitrations and also advised clients on mediation matters. He also has experience in global investigations of regulatory breaches, and insolvency and restructuring matters.
