newsJapanese Big Four Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu has hired disputes lawyer Justin Ee as a partner in Singapore from TSMP Law Corporation, where he was a director.

Ee is Nagashima Ono’s first Singapore-qualified partner.

With more than 10 years of experience, Ee advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters in sectors such as construction and infrastructure, banking, insurance, and services. He is experienced in negotiations, as well as dispute resolution processes including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Ee worked for TSMP for more than eight years in total, rejoining the firm as a director in 2019 after a two year-stint at Pinsent Masons MPillay.

With this addition, the number of partners at Nagashima Singapore has risen to six.
