Atlas Asia Law Corporation, a member firm of EY network, has added Emily Low as a director from fintech company Liquid Group, where she was general counsel.

Low, who was earlier a partner at White & Case, specialises in corporate services and focuses on investment funds and financial regulatory work. She has experience in private equity, hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure, and hybrid structures and platforms.

Atlas Asia was set up by former Dentons Rodyk senior partner Evelyn Ang in 2018. Last year, the firm hired two lawyers, Chan Wan Hong and Desiree Lee, from Dentons Rodyk as directors.

Currently, Atlas Asia has six directors.
