Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has advised PNB Housing Finance, India’s largest mortgage lender on its $450 million IPO, with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Ashurst advising the banks.

The IPO was India's second-largest this year. The company is owned by Punjab National Bank and private equity firm Carlyle Group.

The Ashurst team advising Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JM Financial, J.P. Morgan, Kotak and Morgan Stanley was led by corporate partner Stuart Rubin and included tax partner David Nirenberg.
