White & Case has advised data centre firm Yondr on its $1 billion strategic joint venture partnership with private investment firm Everstone Group, which was counselled by Morrison & Foerster, to develop data centres in India.

The joint venture, which will operate under the name EverYondr, will support hyperscale clients and the data centre market across India. The first facility will be located in Mumbai.

Partners Tabitha Saw and James Dodsworth led the White & Case team, while the Morrison team was led by partners Shirin Tang and Paul Davis
