36 ASIAN LEGAL BUSINESS CHINA • 亚洲法律杂志-中国版 APRIL 2024 ALB CHINA CAPITAL MARKETS FORUM 2024 ALB China Capital Markets Forum 2024 was successfully held at the Four Seasons Hotel, Beijing, on March 22. The forum brought together professionals from the capital markets field, with guest speakers discussing hot topics such as ODI and overseas listing, investment and financing, global asset allocation through in-depth sharing and discussions. The forum officially commenced at 9:30 in the morning. The first keynote speaker was Yu Bingguang, a senior partner at AllBright Law Offices, he delivered a presentation titled “New Options for Global Listing Paths under the New Situation.” After a tea break, the forum welcomed Wang Guanda, founding partner and CEO from WITSUS, who presented on the topic of “Document No. 37, ODI and Overseas Listing.” The afternoon session kicked off after the lunch time. The forum proceeded to a highly welcomed panel discussion, which was moderated by Yu Bingguang, and invited Amy Liang, general counsel from a Hong Kong-listed company, and Lu Xin, head of legal at Joyvio Group. They jointly shared on the topic of “Under the current capital market environment, the thinking of enterprises listed or investment and financing.” Afterwards, the forum welcomed another panel discussion, which was moderated by Wang Guanda, and invited Terry Wu, partner from Newman Capital China Fund Investment Management, and Zheng Li, managing partner at Junli Finance, as panelists. They jointly shared on the topic of “Discussion on private equity investment layout and global asset allocation under the new situation.” The ALB China Capital Markets Forum 2024 concluded successfully and was highly received by the participants.
