The CocaCola Acquisition by Aboitiz and CCEP secured M&A Deal of the Year, while the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) The 9th annual ALB Philippine Law Awards was held on Nov. 14 at the Makati ShangriLa, Manila. Retired Supreme Court Chief Justice Diosdado M. Peralta served as the Guest of Honour at the ceremony. Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia secured the Philippine Law Firm of the Year award. The firm also won in two other categories: Arbitration Law Firm of the Year and Transportation and Logistics Law Firm of the Year. Additionally, Jerome D.
