Traditional, single legal service solutions can no longer help clients with collection. Usually, clients approach lawyers only after some basic ways of collection have already failed. In these circumstances, lawyers must be able to provide clients with multi-angle and multi-dimensional solutions. At the same time, during the recovery process, clients have higher requirements on lawyers’ communication and coordination skills. For example, they may require a firm to provide information on team members, past cases, past experiences, etc,” Fang points out.
