She graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2015 and obtained a bachelor's degree in law. Later, she graduated from the University of Illinois in 2016 and obtained a master's degree in law. Ms. Sun has worked in a boutique law firm in the United States and served as litigation legal counsel for the operating entity of ofo (a bike sharing company). She focuses on international businesses such as cross-border commercial dispute resolution and cross-border investment, as well as domestic civil and commercial dispute resolution and corporate compliance. She has provided legal consulting services for many multinational enterprises. In the process of serving Oregon Nursery Holdings, Ltd. (a BVI company), Ms. Sun is responsible for handling legal affairs regarding its business guidelines and investment plans with American shareholders.
