I firmly believe that effective representation requires a combination of legal expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. One of the guiding principles that I employ in my cases is to always put my clients’ interests first. This means taking the time to understand their needs and developing a strategy that is tailored to their specific situation. In addition, it is important to be proactive and responsive in our communication with clients, keeping them informed of developments in their case. What have been some of the evolving trends and developments in the disputes space in your jurisdiction? How do you stay ahead and ensure success for your clients? Hong Kong is hailed as an international arbitration hub because of its independent judiciary and unique status as a bilingual common law jurisdiction. Disputes space in Hong Kong so far has not been impacted by political developments in previous years. To stay ahead to the trend, we need to stay up-to-date on legal developments including the changes of laws and regulations as well as new legal precedents which help us to anticipate potential issues for our clients.
