The summit gathered nearly 200 senior legal experts and corporate executives from various industries in Shenzhen and surrounding areas. More than a dozen speakers explored and exchanged views on topics such as corporate digital transformation, overseas listings, intellectual property protection, compliance governance, and risk management. At 9:20 am, the summit officially began. The first panel discussion focused on the topic of “Legal Technology Empowerment: Innovation and Practice in Enterprise Digital Transformation.” It was moderated by Liu Yinhong, director at Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm Shenzhen & Guangzhou Office. The invited guests included Chen Xiaoya, director of the legal department at TCL Technology Group; Zhang Wei, general manager of the legal department at China International Marine Containers; and Zou Xiaomei, general counsel at BP Xiaoju New Energy (Shenzhen). The guests shared first-hand experiences around the opportunities, challenges, and the role played by legal teams in corporate digital transformation and engaged in a lively discussion. After the insightful panel, the summit welcomed two experts from Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm.
