The forum brought together over a hundred professionals from the debt restructuring field, with more than ten guest speakers discussing hot topics such as trust services, corporate restructuring, risk mitigation in real estate restructuring investments, relief investments for small and micro-enterprises, compliance in state-owned enterprise debt restructuring, and common benefit debt investments through in-depth sharing and discussions. The forum officially commenced at 9:30 in the morning. The first keynote speaker was Li Ling, founding partner at Beijing Hantao Law Firm, and she delivered a presentation titled “Service trusts’ participation in enterprise reorganization.” Afterwards, the forum welcomed Zhang Xueyun, senior partner at W&H Law Firm, who presented on the topic of “Substantive merger and reorganization of affiliated enterprise.” After a tea break, the forum featured a presentation by Lin Tao, partner and deputy director of insolvency and restructuring department of Hai Run Law Firm, on the theme of “Guide to Hedging Investment in Real Estate Enterprise Restructuring.” The afternoon session kicked off after the lunch time. This discussion was moderated by Zhang Xueyun, and invited Cheng Quan, a specialist in non-performing asset disposal at financial institutions, and Xu Xinhang, General Manager of the Restructuring and Investment Department at Kunpeng Asset Management.
