Holman Fenwick Willan has hired construction expert Helen Lee as a partner in Singapore from SK ecoplant, an affiliate of South Korea's second-largest conglomerate SK, where she was general counsel and the head of global legal.

Lee is HFW’s second Asia hire this month after it brought back veteran aerospace lawyer Peter Coles as a partner in Hong Kong from Clyde & Co.

Lee has worked in negotiation, project support and dispute resolution in cross-border engineering projects focusing on engineering, procurement and construction, and public-private partnership contracts involving risk management of arbitrations, litigation and the formulation and negotiation of claims. She joined SK ecoplant in 2010.

HFW now has 15 partners in Singapore. The office recently lost aviation partner Terence Liew to Clyde.
