Hong Kong boutique law firm David Cameron Law Office (DCLO) has made its second partner hire in a month after welcoming corporate lawyer Matthew Love. 

Love’s hire comes on the heels of the firm adding employment and family law partner Aoife Griffin, who joined in November. 

With over 15 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, Love's expertise lies in advising private capital firms, funds, and companies on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, exits, restructurings, and portfolio company matters. 

Love previously held roles at international law firms such as Baker McKenzie, White & Case, Herbert Smith Freehills, and Stephenson Harwood, where he was a counsel. He moved to Hong Kong in 2012 after starting his career in Australia.

Founded in 2021 by Cameron, a former Dorsey & Whitney partner, the firm now has three partners.
