Indian law firm Saraf & Partners has added infrastructure-focused M&A attorney Dhruv Chatterjee as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice.

Most recently, a counsel at Trilegal, Chatterjee represents international and domestic companies and funds on deals and corporate advisory, particularly in the infrastructure, renewable energy, manufacturing, e-commerce, fintech, retail, EV ridesharing, and EV infrastructure sectors.

He previously had stints at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Touchstone Partners.

Chatterjee is the second counsel to leave Trilegal this week, with tax attorney Shashank Shekhar also moving to DMD Advocates as a partner.

Saraf added tax attorney Amit Gupta as a partner last month, and absorbed real estate boutique SRGR Law Offices in March.
