Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has guided eye-care company Dr Agarwal’s Health Care and its promoting shareholders on its initial public offering (IPO) valued at $350 million. S&R Associates and Sidley Austin advised the bookrunning lead managers (BRLMs). 

The BRLMs comprised Kotak Mahindra, Morgan Stanley India, Jefferies India and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors.

The CAM team representing the issuer comprised senior partner Yash J. Ashar, partner and region co-head of capital markets for South India Reuben Chacko, partner Abhiroop Lahiri, principal associate Tanvi Kini, senior associate Sravya Surapaneni, and associates Vishesh Jain, Anna Kallivayalil, Julia Joseph, and Rakshitha V.

The CAM team representing the promoter selling shareholders comprised of counsel Vartika Jain and associate Surya Rajkumar. 

The S&R team was led by partners Sandip Bhagat and Jabarati Chandra, and included associates Ishan Seth, Sudipta Choudhury, Abhishek Gupta, and Varda Saxena.

The Sidley Austin team was led by partners Manoj Bhargava and Sam Gandhi. The deal team included Shashwat Tewary,  Dhanush Dinesh, Alvin Wang, Carla Teodoro, Andy Shoyer, Nicholas Brown, Leslie Shubert, Angela Xenakis, Brian Earl, Prabhat Mehta, Robert Kreitman and Michael Mann.
