Duane Morris & Selvam has hired Samuel Sharpe from DLA Piper in Singapore to head the firm’s corporate crime and investigations practice group in Asia.

Sharpe joins as a director of the firm’s dispute resolution department in Singapore, and specialises in corporate crime investigation, compliance, and commercial dispute resolution.

He has advised clients in the construction, energy, insurance and hospitality sectors on pre-acquisition investigations, corruption allegations, compliance with the UK bribery act, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Singapore’s anti-corruption legislation.

Duane Morris & Selvam is the Singapore joint law venture between Philadelphia-headquartered Duane Morris and local firm Selvam.
