White & Case had advised Gumi, a Japanese mobile game publisher and developer, on its launch of a global blockchain investment fund called Gumi Cryptos.

A fund dedicated to investing in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology companies, Gumi Cryptos will offer its portfolio companies access to the Japanese cryptocurrency market through its network of investors and management board.

The White & Case team was led by Tokyo-based partners Nels Hansen and Ayako Kawano.
