UK law firm Pinsent Masons has welcomed back William Stroll as a partner in Singapore from Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF).

Stroll, who began his legal career at Pinsent Masons with a five-year stint in starting 2005, focuses on cross-border acquisitions and disposals, regulatory matters, joint ventures, and M&A structuring.

After spending six years with Norton Rose Fulbright at its Moscow and Singapore offices, Stroll moved to Herbert Smith Freehills in 2018.
