Dubai-based Sallie Bowtell specialises in real estate. She has experience acting for developers, and also advises public companies and their subsidiaries on commercial and retail leasing, commercial, industrial and residential sales and acquisitions, and general property and development work.

Also focusing on real estate is Bahrain-based Peter Greatrex, who is experienced in the acquisition and disposals of both freehold and leasehold properties. He has advised on development sites, landlord and tenant matters, collaboration agreements for the joint development of sites, and charging large portfolios of residential property.

Oman-based Jamie Gibson specialises in corporate and commercial law, and advises international and local clients on matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, corporate formations and restructurings, corporate compliance for listed companies, and general advisory. “I want to extend a warm welcome to these accomplished individuals as they join the partnership,” said Jennie Gubbins, Trowers & Hamlins' senior partner, in a statement. “They have each made impressive contributions to the firm in their respective practice areas, and have demonstrated exceptional legal skill and top-notch business acumen.
