Singapore-based Baker McKenzie.Wong & Leow has appointed corporate specialist Sze-Shing Tan as principal from Clifford Chance. 

Previously with CC in Singapore and London, Tan’s expertise includes M&A, joint ventures, restructuring and other corporate transactions, with a focus on energy and resources as well as financial institutions.

She also has experience in other sectors, such as including information technology and communications, consumer goods and retail, and healthcare.
