Baker & McKenzie Habib Al Mulla has hired Charlotte Bijlani from Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its arbitration practice in Dubai. 

Bijlani, a dispute resolution lawyer, specialises in international arbitration, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution with expertise in construction and engineering, real estate, corporate, shareholder and contractual disputes. She also has experience in corporate insolvency and regulatory matters. 

Prior to her stints at the London and Dubai offices of Norton Rose Fulbright, Bijlani was an of counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills.
