Baker & McKenzie Habib Al Mulla has hired Omar Momany from K&L Gates as a partner in its corporate and dispute resolution practice in Dubai.

Momany has more than a decade of experience advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, joint ventures, other commercial matters and corporate disputes in the United Arab Emirates.

“Omar brings with him a wealth of industry experience, boosting the services we offer in the UAE," said Dr. Habib Al Mulla, chairman of Baker & McKenzie Habib Al Mulla, in a statement.

With the addition of Momany, Baker & McKenzie now has 14 partners in the UAE.
