Bennett Jones has hired Hasan Rizvi from Taylor Wessing, as a partner in Dubai.

Rizvi specializes in corporate finance and private equity and focuses on advising clients on establishing and operating investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, debt and equity offerings and private placements, project development and financing, and regulatory compliance.

“He is well known and highly regarded in the market.  And he brings further strength to our investment funds and regulatory practices in particular. And he’s a great guy,” said Timothy Ross, Bennett Jones’ Dubai managing partner, in a statement.
