Mashruwala, meanwhile, focuses on banking and finance, investment funds, financial services, and cross border investments and acquisitions. He has extensive international experience in banking and finance related transactions, particularly in structured finance, securitisation and derivatives, and all kinds of bank lending.

“My partners and I warmly welcome and congratulate Aashit as our new equity partner elect, and Anish as our retained partner,” said Jyoti Sagar, founder partner of JSA, in a statement. “The partnership at JSA remains committed to creating a growing pool of leaders of tomorrow, and we will expedite the process of passing the baton to the succeeding generation of lawyers in the firm – as our commitment to build a sharing, merit-based, empowering, and nurturing institution.”
