Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India’s largest firm, has boosted its funds practice with the hire of Vivaik Sharma as a partner in Mumbai from AZB & Partners, where he was a counsel.

Sharma specialises in structuring, regulatory and taxation, venture capital funds, foreign investments, and private equity funds..

Apart from AZB, Sharma also worked at Nishith Desai Associates and Khaitan & Co.
