Clyde & Co’s Indian “best friend” Clasis Law has promoted senior associate Mohit Sharma to partnership at its Delhi office.

Sharma, who joined the firm in 2011, specialises in corporate and regulatory law, particularly in joint ventures, private equity investments and transaction structuring across the infrastructure, power, manufacturing, media, technology, and hospitality sectors. He has also advised Indian government authorities on general corporate matters.

Sharma’s elevation takes the total number of partners at Clasis Law to nine.
