Clayton Utz has announced the promotion of five staff to the partnership, commencing January 1, 2013.
New partners in Brisbane are Cameron Gascoyne and Tim Jones. Gascoyne is an intellectual property and information technology specialist while Jones is a litigation and dispute resolution specialist.

In Canberra new partner Alastair Gregory specialises in real estate, advising Commonwealth government departments, Commonwealth and State government statutory authorities, private sector landowners and property developers and listed property trusts on all aspects of property.

New Sydney-based partner David Gerber is a specialist insurance lawyer with extensive experience in general insurance and life insurance. He advises a broad range of clients both on corporate insurance issues and in dispute resolution, including insurance coverage disputes.

Finally, in Perth the firm has promoted Adrienne Parker, a construction and major projects lawyer. She specialises in major project construction, engineering and resources projects and has worked on various infrastructure projects, including traditional procurement projects and projects delivered via an alliance or Public Private Partnership (PPP).

The promotion of these five lawyers  follows the appointment of six new partners earlier in the year.
