Australia’s Davies Collison Cave has hired Esther Seow as the head of its trademark practice in Singapore from Harry Elias Partnership, where she was a partner.

Seow has experience in filing and in the prosecution and enforcement of trade marks in Singapore and overseas. Her practice also includes advising clients on drafting and reviewing intellectual property rights-related agreements such as franchise agreements, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial agreements. 

The Singapore office is the first overseas outpost of the 130-year-old Davies Collison Cave. The IP firm also has seven offices in Australia.
