Deacons has elected Su Cheen Chuah and Yu Wai Tung to its partnership in Hong Kong.

Su Cheen advises clients on setting up authorised funds in Hong Kong, as well as the establishment of private equity funds and hedge funds overseas. She also assists clients with compliance matters related to funds authorised by Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission.

Having joined Deacons as a paralegal in 1979, Wai Tung was admitted in Hong Kong in 1997 and specialises in property and real estate.
