DLA Piper has recruited banking and finance specialist Paul Latto as partner in Riyadh from Clifford Chance.

Latto advises on banking and finance transactions, covering both conventional and Islamic finance. His work includes leveraged and acquisition finance, derivatives and capital markets, asset and project finance, general bank lending and restructuring. Most recently he acted for a syndicate of international banks on Saudi Electricity's $1.4 billion revolving credit facility signed earlier this year.

Prior to Clifford Chance, Latto was with Linklaters.
