Duane Morris & Selvam LLP has hired James S. Wong as a special counsel in its Corporate Practice Group. Wong joins from Crescent Advisors, where he held an in-house position.
With more than 12 years of experience in Singapore and London, Wong has advised in areas such as equity and debt capital markets, private equity, wealth management, investment funds, and financial restructuring.
“Wong is a welcome addition to our corporate team here in Singapore, expanding our experience even further in private equity and cross-border M&A transactions across Asia,” said Arfat Selvam, managing director of Duane Morris & Selvam, in a statement.
