Duane Morris has grown its corporate practice in Vietnam with the hire of Lang Thi Nguyen as a partner in Ho Chi Minh City from local boutique Frasers Law Company.

Nguyen, who has around 20 years of experience, focuses corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on M&A, cross-border investment, real estate, pharmaceutical, commercial and infrastructure projects. 

Nguyen is the third partner in Duane Morris’ Vietnam offices, the others being Giles T. Cooper and Oliver Massmann. The firm also has a presence in the capital Hanoi.
