Clyde & Co has hired energy specialist Richard Devine in Dubai as the head of its MENA oil and gas group from Baker Botts.

Devine, who was a partner with Baker Botts' global projects group, has more than 15 years of experience advising national and international oil companies, project sponsors and developers on Middle Eastern and international transactions. He advises on oil and gas matters, including upstream oil and gas, energy M&A, energy regulation and energy transportation.
