AlDhabaan & Partners, Eversheds’ associated firm in Saudi Arabia, has hired Fahad AlDehais as a partner and office general manager from Vinson & Elkins.

Experienced in capital market transactions, AlDehais has worked on listings, funds, corporate and commercial transactions and foreign investments. He also has experience in banking, insurance and money laundering

Additionally, AlDehais has disputes experience, having appeared in both international arbitrations and before tribunals, commercial and administrative circuit courts, sharia courts and enforcement courts in Saudi Arabia.

“Fahad is an excellent lawyer with extensive finance and litigation experience. He will be valuable member of the team as we continue to grow both our local and international mandates,” said Nasser Ali Khasawneh, Eversheds’ Middle East managing partner, in a statement.

AlDehais’ appointment comes two months after the firm hired Zeid D. Hanania as a corporate partner in Dubai from Freshfields.
