Arbitration specialist Andrew Pullen has joined Fountain Court Chambers as its first barrister in Singapore from Allen & Overy. 

Pullen specialises in international arbitration and has experience in both commercial and investment treaty arbitration. He has acted for clients in Asia, Europe and South America across various sectors including finance, energy, automotive, defence, utilities, steel, manufacturing, brewing and media. 

He joined Allen & Overy in 2000 as a trainee solicitor in London and became an associate in 2002. Pullen became a senior associate at the firm in 2007 and rose to become a consultant specialising in international arbitration in 2011.  

Fountain Court opened its office in Singapore in 2014 to support and respond to the international dimension of legal disputes.

Global law firm Morrison Foerster has announced that private equity veteran Scott Jalowayski will rejoin the firm as a partner in Singapore. Jalowayski most recently co-chaired the global private equity group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
