Herbert Geer has added Sharon O'Toole as special counsel in the firm’s property services group.

O'Toole, who is based in Brisbane, joins Herbert Geer from Crown Law where she was a senior principal lawyer in the property and infrastructure team, acting for various government departments in relation to their property and infrastructure dealings throughout Queensland. Prior to Crown Law she owned her own practice specialising in native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage before returning to mainstream private practice property law. 

O’Toole has more than 25 years’ of legal experience in the field which covers commercial and off-the-plan property transactions; government property and infrastructure; commercial, industrial and retail leasing, commercial business transactions and, of course, native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage.
