Hong Kong law firm Wilkinson & Grist has welcomed back corporate expert Hulka Lo as a partner from U.S. firm Paul Hastings.

Lo, who started her career at Wilkinson & Grist, moved to Mayer Brown in 2014 before joining Paul Hastings in 2017. Her practice encompasses corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, corporate finance, and general banking, and has a particular emphasis on the real estate sector.

Founded in the 1880s, Wilkinson & Grist now has 36 lawyers, including 17 partners, in Hong Kong. The firm also has an office in Beijing, which was established in 2000.
