Hong Kong law firm ONC Lawyers has recruited disputes expert Olivia Kung as a partner from Wellington Legal, a firm she co-founded.

Experienced in contentious matters, Kung advises on property ownership disputes, shareholder disputes, oral and written contract disputes, fraud cases, injunction proceedings, debt recovery, and insolvency and bankruptcy. She was at Wellington Legal for more than six years.

Kung is also an Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) officer, and was chairperson of its Women Business Lawyers Committee from 2018 to 2022.

With Kung’s addition, ONC now has 16 partners.
