Holman Fenwick Willan’s Hong Kong office has hired Martin Downey, formerly the head of Stephenson Harwood’s construction practice in the SAR. 

Downey will also head the Hong Kong construction practice at his new firm. He has extensive disputes experience related to the construction industry, including regulatory and environmental issues. Prior to Stephenson Harwood, he worked with Blank Rome and Heller Ehrman.

His experience and reputation in the industry significantly enhances the firm's construction offering in Asia-Pacific and internationally," said Max Wieliczko, head of HFW's global construction practice, in a statement.
