Eversheds Sutherland has added litigation and disputes lawyer Wesley Pang as a partner in Hong Kong from the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), where he was managing counsel.
Pang joined Eversheds on the same day as Hong Kong litigation partner Mark Hughes, who moved from Slaughter and May. Hughes’ appointment was announced last year.
Pang is experienced in advising global corporate clients on cross-border disputes, and also acts for clients on investor-state cases. He joined the HKIAC in 2017 from Shearman & Sterling’s London office, where he was an associate in the international arbitration practice, spent nearly nine years with the firm.
According to Eversheds Sutherlands’ website, the firm now has 18 partners in Hong Kong.
