Hogan Lovells has hired energy partner Alex Cull from Norton Rose Fulbright in Singapore.

Cull focuses on oil and gas sector-related projects, commercial operations, financings and corporate transactions, and has advised several blue-chip clients including BP, PETRONAS and SK Group.

He joins Hogan Lovells’ global infrastructure, energy, resources and projects group (IERP), and will also be a member of the firm’s energy and natural resources group.

Cull is the second partner to join Hogan Lovells’ Asia IERP group in recent months, after project finance partner Joseph Kim moved to the firm from Paul Hastings in Tokyo in September.
