Hong Kong law firm ONC Lawyers has hired Dominic Wai as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice from Baker & McKenzie, where he was a partner in the dispute resolution group.  

Wai, who joins ONC May 9, has over 20 years of experience in litigation, regulatory and compliance, internal investigations and white-collar crime (anti-corruption), insolvency & bankruptcy litigation and shareholders’ disputes, trade and customs litigation, domestic and international arbitration, cybersecurity, data protection and privacy law issues and competition law matters. Wai previously also worked in the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
