Winston & Strawn has hired four corporate lawyers from DLA Piper in Hong Kong, including DLA’s corporate head Mabel Lui, another partner and an of counsel.

Jumping ship with Lui are three of members of her team – partner Daniel Tang, of counsel Polly Chu and associate Natalie Tsang.

Lui focuses on corporate commercial and real estate work in Hong Kong as well as M&A, diverse investments, and inbound and outbound cross-border transactions. She has also worked on Sino-foreign ventures in China and Hong Kong.

U.S.-headquartered Winston & Strawn is expanding in Asia, having recently opened an office in Taiwan.
