Hong Kong boutique firm Hugill & Ip has added Jade Tang as a partner in its corporate and commercial practice from Oldham, Li & Nie (OLN), where she worked for more than a decade.

Tang specialises in employment and business immigration laws and has advised on cross-border joint ventures, M&A, private equity funds and compliance.

Hugill & Ip was set up in 2018 after a team of six lawyers, led by partners Adam Hugill and Alfred Ip, left OLN. Its practice focuses include private client, trust and probate, family, employment and immigration, corporate commercial and dispute resolution.  

With Tang’s arrival, Hugill & Ip now has seven partners.
