Howse Williams Bowers has boosted its Hong Kong corporate practice with the hire of Christopher Yu as a partner from Goodwin Procter.

A capital markets specialist, Yu advises private equity clients and Hong Kong companies on strategic investments in and outside Hong Kong and China.

Last September Goodwin Procter’s corporate duo Gloria Guolai Liu and Sue Yang left the firm’s Hong Kong office for DLA Piper.
